18 196.199, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 196.199 Government property exemption.--
20 (11) In arriving at the just valuation of property
21 owned by any governmental unit but used by a nongovernmental
22 lessee and not exempt by subsection (2), the property
23 appraiser shall not exceed the just valuation arrived at by
24 considering the factor provided by s. 193.011(1).
