19 Section 4. Paragraph (e) of subsection (11) of section
20 627.736, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
21 627.736 Required personal injury protection benefits;
22 exclusions; priority; claims.--
23 (11) DEMAND LETTER.--
24 (e) The applicable statute of limitation for an action
25 under this section shall be tolled for a period of 45 15
26 business days by the mailing of the notice required by this
27 subsection.
