  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to bioterrorism; expressing the

  3         legislative intent to enact legislation

  4         authorizing the Department of Health to

  5         coordinate the state's response to threats or

  6         acts of bioterrorism; providing an effective

  7         date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

12  legislation authorizing the Department of Health to coordinate

13  the state's response to threats or acts of bioterrorism.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
