  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to road designations;

  3         designating a portion of roadway in the City of

  4         Miami in Miami-Dade County as "Enrique Valledor

  5         Way"; directing the Department of

  6         Transportation to erect suitable markers;

  7         providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  Enrique Valledor Way designation;

12  markers.--

13         (1)  That portion of S.W. 22nd Street, from 16th Avenue

14  to 14th Avenue, in the City of Miami in Miami-Dade County is

15  hereby designated as "Enrique Valledor Way."

16         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

17  erect suitable markers designating "Enrique Valledor Way" as

18  described in subsection (1).

19         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

20  law.
