14 On page 7, between lines 27 and 28, of the bill

16 insert:
17 Section 5. Subsection (6) of section 110.151, Florida
18 Statutes, is amended to read:
19 110.151 State officers' and employees' child care
20 services.--
21 (6) In the areas where the state has an insufficient
22 number of employees to justify a worksite center, a state
23 agency may join in a consortium arrangement utilizing
24 available state facilities with not-for-profit corporations or
25 other public employers to provide child care services to both
26 public employees and employees of private-sector employers.
27 The consortium agreement must first address the unmet
28 child-care needs of the children of the public employees whose
29 employers are members of the consortium, and then address the
30 child-care needs of private-sector employees.
