14         On page 120, between lines 10 and 11,

17         Section 104.  Section 233.0612, Florida Statutes, is
18  amended to read:
19         233.0612  Authorized instruction.--Each school district
20  may provide students with programs and instruction at the
21  appropriate grade levels in areas including, but not limited
22  to, the following:
23         (1)  Character development, ethics, and law education.
24         (2)  The objective study of the Bible and religion.
25         (3)  Traffic education.
26         (4)  Free enterprise and consumer education.
27         (5)  Programs to encourage patriotism and greater
28  respect for country.
29         (6)  Drug abuse resistance education.
30         (7)  Comprehensive health education.
31         (8)  Care of nursing home patients.
