14         On page 2, lines 11 through 17,

15  remove:  all of said lines

17  and insert:  plus documented moving costs.  The Department of

18  Management Services may exempt any replacement lease from the

19  department's rule requirement that such lease contain a

20  right-to-terminate provision if, upon complying with the

21  provisions of this paragraph, the cumulative cost of the new

22  lease is at least 10 percent less than the cost of a

23  comparable lease plus documented moving costs.  A
