  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to trust funds; expressing

  3         legislative intent to enact legislation to

  4         create a trust fund; providing an effective

  5         date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  enact legislation to create a trust fund in section 240.512,

11  Florida Statutes.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect January 7, 2003.
