14         On page 1, line 31 through page 2, line 11,

15  remove:  all of said lines

17  and insert:  Records.  The committee shall be composed of

18  twenty-two members, nine of whom will serve in an advisory,

19  nonvoting capacity, as follows:

20         (a)  The Governor shall appoint one at-large member who

21  is a resident of the state, one attorney with expertise in

22  Florida's public records and privacy laws, a representative

23  from the First Amendment Foundation, and a representative of

24  the data aggregation industry.  To serve in an advisory

25  capacity, the Governor shall appoint a representative from the

26  Florida Department of Law Enforcement, a representative from

27  the Department of Children and Family Services, a

28  representative from the Department of Juvenile Justice, and a

29  representative from the Department of Education.
