19 (14) REPORTING AND INVESTIGATION OF ACCIDENTS AND
20 DEFECTS; IMPOUNDMENTS.--
21 (a) Any accident of which the owner or manager has
22 knowledge or, through the exercise of reasonable diligence
23 should have knowledge, and for which a patron is transported
24 to a hospital, as defined in chapter 395, must be reported by
25 the owner or manager to the department by telephone or
26 facsimile within 4 hours after the occurrence of the accident
27 and must be followed up by a written report to the department
28 within 24 hours after the occurrence of the accident.
