  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to fatherhood, parenting, and

  3         family issues; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to create an agency to address

  5         fatherhood, parenting, and family issues;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to create an agency

11  to address fatherhood, parenting, and family issues.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
