13         Amendment to Amendment (252275) 

14         On page 23, lines 1 through 22,

15  remove:  all of said lines

17  and insert:

18  restrictions.  If the department replaces the license, $9 of

19  the fee shall be deposited into the Highway Safety Operating

20  Trust Fund and $1 shall be deposited into the General Revenue

21  Trust Fund.  If an exclusive agent county tax collector

22  replaces the license, the tax collector shall foward $9 to the

23  Highway Safety Operating Trust Fund and shall retain $1 as

24  reimbursement for the cost of replacing the license.

25         (3)  Upon written request by the licensee and

26  notification of a change in address, and the payment of a $10

27  fee, the department shall issue an address sticker that shall

28  be affixed to the back of the license by the licensee.  Nine

29  dollars of the fee levied in this subsection shall go to the

30  Highway Safety Operating Trust Fund of the department.
