14 On page 40, between lines 11 and 12,

16 insert:
17 Section 15. It is the intent of the Legislature that
18 the amendment to section 440.51(5), Florida Statutes, which
19 was enacted by the Legislature in 2000 with respect to
20 retaliatory tax applies only to the tax years 1997 and
21 thereafter, and the tax year 1994. The amendment to section
22 440.51(5), Florida Statutes, enacted by the Legislature in
23 2000 with respect to retaliatory tax does not apply to tax
24 years 1995, 1996, or tax years before 1994.
