13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 2, between lines 23 and 24,

16  insert:

17         Section 2.  Any contract by a local governmental entity

18  for the disposal of unclaimed human remains must provide for

19  compliance with section 245.06(1), Florida Statutes, and

20  require that the procedures in 38 C.F.R., relating to

21  disposition of unclaimed deceased veterans, be followed.
