Explanation:
Reduces funding in various Department of Transportation line items by
$423,087,042, and appropriates $423,087,042 from the State Transportation
Trust Fund for Student Transportation in the Public School budget. Reduces
General Revenue funding for Student Transportation by $423,087,042, provides
a new General Revenue appropriation of $423,087,042 for K-3 Class Size
Reduction.
