In Section: 06 On Page: 254 Specific Appropriation: 2235

Explanation:
Provides that $103,765,000 of General Revenue for Child Care be used for
pre-school projects, including, but not limited to pre-k early intervention,
migrant program and the Florida First Start Program.

At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 2235, INSERT:

From funds in Specific Appropriations 2235, $103,765,000 of General
Revenue shall be used for pre-school projects, including, but not
limited to prekindergarten early intervention, Migrant 3 and 4-year-olds
program, and the Florida First Start Program.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
