  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to wrecker services; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to enact legislation

  4         regulating wrecker services; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  enact legislation regulating wrecker services.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
