14         On page 445, lines 27-31, of the bill

19  committee of continuous existence as defined in s. 106.011.

20  Any gift by a direct-support organization, either direct or

21  indirect, with a value in excess of $500 must be immediately

22  reported to the university board of trustees.  The report must

23  include the following information:  the amount of the gift or

24  nature of the gift; the recipient of the gift; the direct

25  relationship of the gift to the educational mission of the

26  university; and the direct benefit of the gift to the

27  university. The university board of trustees shall forward

28  such information to the State Board of Education, the

29  President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of

30  Representatives by December 31 of each year.
