13         Amendment 

14         On page 52, between lines 28 and 29 of the bill

15

16  insert:  3.  At least every two years, the Auditor General

17  shall conduct operational audits of the accounts and records

18  of the corporation in the same manner as state agencies.  In

19  addition, the Auditor General shall conduct such other audits

20  of the corporation as may be directed by the Legislature

21  Auditing Committee.
