14 On page 4, between lines 18 and 19, of the bill

16 insert:
17 Section 3. All exemptions to the sales and use tax
18 contained in chapter 212, Florida Statutes, shall be
19 comprehensively reviewed by the Joint Legislative Sales Tax
20 Exemption Review Committee, which shall present findings of
21 fact and recommendations to both the House of Representatives
22 and the Senate every 10 years. However, any sales and use tax
23 exemption which is voted upon by three-fourths of both the
24 House and Senate for retention shall not be subject to further
25 review under this act.
