14 On page 117, line 1,

16 insert:
17 Section 51. Subsection (3) is added to section 213.30,
18 Florida Statutes, to read:
19 213.30 Compensation for information relating to a
20 violation of the tax laws.--
21 (3) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, this
22 section is the sole means by which any person may seek or
23 obtain any moneys as the result of, in relation to, or founded
24 upon the failure by another person to comply with the tax laws
25 of this state. A person's use of any other law to seek or
26 obtain moneys for such failure is in derogation of this
27 section and conflicts with the state's duty to administer the
28 tax laws.
