On Page: 336             The Ringling Museum was transferred from the Secretary
                         of State to the Florida State University in the 2000
Spec App: 3146-A         Legislative Session.  This amendment continues the
                         transfer of dedicated Cultural Institutions Trust Funds
                         from the Secretary of State for operations of the
                         museum.
