Insurance Commissioner's Regulatory Trust Fund          $10,000,000
DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Conservation and Recreation Lands Trust Fund            $20,000,000
Inland Protection Trust Fund                            $20,000,000
LEGISLATURE - AUDITOR GENERAL
Grants and Donations Trust Fund                          $2,300,000
PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION
Regulatory Trust Fund                                      $400,000
