Insert the following language after the new Specific Appropriation 7C:

Funds in Specific Appropriation 7C shall be allocated to the individual
colleges based upon eligible contributions received and reported as of
January 8, 2002 for the challenge grant matching programs.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
