nd insert the following new proviso:

$2,300,000

In the second line of the second paragraph of proviso following Specific 
Appropriation 119 on page 29, delete the period

and insert the following new proviso:

, and $200,000 is provided for Beacon Learning of Bay County.
Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
