Each university shall prepare a report that addresses how it plans to increase the number of nursing graduates in the state for submission to the Florida Board of Education. The Florida Board of Education shall submit a consolidated report and recommendations to the Governor, the President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House of Representatives by January 3, 2003.
