14         On page 40, between lines 22 and 23,

16  insert:

17         Section 42.  In an audit of the Medicaid-related

18  records of a pharmacy licensed under chapter 465, Florida

19  Statutes, or a physician licensed under chapter 458 or chapter

20  459, Florida Statutes, a finding of an overpayment or

21  underpayment must be based on the actual overpayment or

22  underpayment and may not be a projection based on the number

23  of patients served having a similar diagnosis or on the number

24  of similar orders or refills for similar drugs.
