14         On page 2, lines 14-15,

15  remove:  placed in a guardianship account for the benefit of

16  Ariel Alexus Dent.

18  and insert:  used to purchase an annuity for the benefit of

19  Ariel Alexus Dent which will yield her funding beginning at

20  age 18 and consisting of $25,000 per year guaranteed for 5

21  years; lifetime monthly income of approximately $2,000 per

22  month guaranteed for 360 months beginning at age 22; and

23  guaranteed payments at ages 25 and 30 in the approximate

24  amounts of $50,000 at age 25 and $93,000 at age 30.
