  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to state security and

  3         anti-terrorism; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to revise the laws relating to state

  5         security and anti-terrorism; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise the laws

11  relating to state security and anti-terrorism.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
