14 On page 6, line 2 after the period

16 and insert:
17 In addition, in any county that does not employ or
18 appoint a local fire official, the State Fire Marshal shall
19 assume the duties of the local fire official with respect to
20 firesafety inspections of educational property required under
21 s. 235.06(2)(b) and the State Fire Marshal may take necessary
22 corrective action as authorized under s. 235.06(4).
