17         Section 4.  The establishment of six FTE positions to

18  be located in the Division of State Fire Marshal are

19  authorized and for fiscal year 2002-2003 the sum of $452,894

20  is appropriated from the Insurance Commissioner's Regulatory

21  Trust Fund for the Department of Insurance, Division of State

22  Fire Marshal, to implement the provisions of this act.
