  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to criminal justice; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to revise the criminal

  4         justice laws in response to terrorism;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise the

10  criminal justice laws in response to terrorism.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
