14 Remove everything after the enacting clause

16 and insert:
17 Section 1. Paragraph (g) of subsection (2) of section
18 775.15, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
19 (2) Except as otherwise provided in this section,
20 prosecutions for other offenses are subject to the following
21 periods of limitation:
22 (g) A prosecution for a felony violation of s. 825.102
23 or s. 825.103 must be commenced within 5 4 years after it is
24 committed.
25 Section 2. This act shall take effect October 1, 2002.
