18 may produce the following documents:
19 a. A notice of hearing from an immigration court
20 scheduling a hearing on any proceeding.
21 b. A notice from the Board of Immigration Appeals
22 acknowledging pendency of an appeal.
23 c. Notice of the approval of an application for
24 adjustment of status issued by the United States Immigration
25 and Naturalization Service.
26 d. Any official documentation confirming the filing of
27 a petition for asylum status or any other relief issued by the
28 United States Immigration and Naturalization Service.
29 e. Notice of action transferring any pending matter
30 from another jurisdiction to Florida, issued by the United
31 States Immigration and Naturalization Service.
