11  The Fiscal Responsibility Council offered the following:

13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 13, line 10 of the bill

15

16  insert:

17         Section 10.  Effective July 1, 2002, section 216.349,

18  Florida Statutes, is created to read:

19         216.349  Trust Fund Report--Notwithstanding any

20  provision of law to the contrary, the head of each state

21  agency receiving state appropriations from trust funds shall

22  provide a report each month, through electronic means, to the

23  Comptroller, the Chair and the Vice Chair of the Legislative

24  Budget Commission and the Governor, on the financial status of

25  all trust funds in the state treasury associated with their

26  agency.  Effective January 1, 2003, the reports shall be

27  provided to the Chief Financial Officer in lieu of the

28  Comptroller.  The agencies required to submit this report, the

29  form and content of the report, the definition of trust funds

30  to be included in this report, the date of submission and the

31  electronic means of delivery shall be determined by the Chair

  1  and Vice Chair of the Legislative Budget Commission, after

  2  consultation with the Comptroller or Chief Financial Officer.

  3         Section 11.  Effective January 1, 2003, and

25         form and content of such reports to be

26         determined by the Legislative Budget
