19 655.0322 Prohibited acts and practices; criminal

21 (7) It is unlawful for any affiliated party to transfer
22 the private personal information of a comsumer to any person
23 without the written consent of the consumer. Any person who
24 violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second
25 degree, punishable as provided in s.775.082, s.775.083, or s.
26 775.084.
