  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to congressional redistricting;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to

  4         reapportion the congressional districts in this

  5         state; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  reapportion the congressional districts in this state.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
