14 On page 6, between lines 19 and 20,

16 insert:
17 Section 6. Subsection (2) of section 100.011, Florida
18 Statutes, is amended to read:
19 100.011 Opening and closing of polls, all elections;
20 expenses.--
21 (2)(a) The time of opening and closing of the polls
22 shall be observed in all elections held in this state,
23 including municipal and school elections.
24 (b) Any person who is in line at the official closing
25 of the polls in that county shall be allowed into the polling
26 room to vote.
