16 insert:
17 Section 3. Paragraph (a) of subsection (11) of section
18 259.105, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
19 259.105 The Florida Forever Act.--
20 (11) For the purposes of funding projects pursuant to
21 paragraph (3)(a), the Secretary of Environmental Protection
22 shall ensure that each water management district receives the
23 following percentage of funds annually:
24 (a) Thirty-five percent to the South Florida Water
25 Management District, of which amount $25 million for 2 years
26 beginning in fiscal year 2000-2001 shall be transferred by the
27 Department of Environmental Protection into the Save Our
28 Everglades Trust Fund and shall be used exclusively to
29 implement the Comprehensive Plan under s. 373.470.
