13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 7, between lines 5 and 6,

15

16  insert:

17         Section 2.  Subsections (2) and (3) of section 403.703,

18  Florida Statutes, are amended to read:

19         403.703  Definitions.--As used in this act, unless the

20  context clearly indicates otherwise, the term:

21         (2)  "County," or any like term, means a political

22  subdivision of the state established pursuant to s. 1, Art.

23  VIII of the State Constitution and when s. 403.706(19)(20)

24  applies, means a special district or other entity.

25         (3)  "Municipality," or any like term, means a

26  municipality created pursuant to general or special law

27  authorized or recognized pursuant to s. 2 or s. 6, Art. VIII

28  of the State Constitution and when s. 403.706(19)(20) applies,

29  means a special district or other entity.
