11  The Committee on Children and Families recommended the

12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 4, lines 24 through 28, delete those lines

16

17  and insert:

18         (a)  All costs collected by the courts pursuant to

19  subsection (1) shall be remitted to the Department of Revenue

20  in accordance with administrative rules adopted by the

21  executive director of the Department of Revenue for deposit in

22  the Additional Court Cost Clearing Trust Fund. These funds and

23  the funds deposited in the Additional Court Cost Clearing

24  Trust Fund pursuant to s. 318.21(2)(c) shall be distributed as
