11  The Committee on Transportation offered the following:

13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 44, of the bill between lines 11 and 12,

15

16  insert:

17         Section 22.  Section 348.565, Florida Statutes, is

18  amended to read:

19         348.565 Revenue bonds for specified projects.--

20         The existing facilities that constitute the

21  Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway System are hereby

22  approved to be refinanced by the issuance of revenue bonds by

23  the Division of Bond Finance of the State Board of

24  Administration pursuant to s. 11(f), Art. VII of the State

25  constitution.  In addition, the following projects of the

26  Tampa-Hillsborough county Expressway Authority are approved to

27  be financed or refinanced by the issuance of revenue bonds

28  pursuant to s. 11(f), Art. VII of the State Constitution:

29         (1)  Brandon area feeder roads;

30         (2)  Capital improvements to the expressway system,

31  including safety and operational improvements and toll

  2         (3)  Lee Roy Selmon Crosstown Expressway System

  4         (4)  The connector highway linking the Lee Roy Selmon

  5  Crosstown Expressway to Interstate 4.

10         On page 3, line 15, after "jurisdictions;"

12  insert:

13         amending s. 348.565, F.S.; adding the connector

14         highway linking Lee Roy Selmon Crosstown

15         Expressway to Interstate 4 as an approved

16         project;
