17  and insert:  payment is tendered; however, the mover must

18  notify the shipper of the location where the goods are stored

19  and the amount due within 5 days after receipt of a written

20  request for that information from the shipper, which request

21  must include the address where the shipper may receive the

22  notice. A mover may not require a prospective shipper
