11  Senator Brown-Waite moved the following amendment to amendment

12  (913362):

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 79, between lines 14 and 15,

16

17  insert:

18         Section 27.  (1)  The Division of Statutory Revision of

19  the Office of Legislative Services shall divide chapter 430,

20  Florida Statutes, as follows:

21         (a)  Current sections 430.01-430.80, Florida Statutes,

22  shall be designated as part I of chapter 430, Florida

23  Statutes.

24         (b)  Current part III of chapter 400, Florida Statutes,

25  consisting of sections 400.401-400.454, Florida Statutes,

26  shall be transferred, renumbered, and designated as part II of

27  chapter 430, Florida Statutes.

28         (2)  The Division of Statutory Revision is requested to

29  correct and update all cross-references to reflect the changes

30  made by this section.
