  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to public records; providing

  3         that it is the intent of the Legislature to

  4         create an exemption to public-records

  5         requirements in order to preserve public

  6         safety; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

11  create an exemption to public-records requirements in order to

12  preserve public safety.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
