  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to public records; providing

  3         that it is the intent of the Legislature to

  4         enact legislation to address exemptions from

  5         public-records and public-meetings requirements

  6         relating to education; providing an effective

  7         date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

12  enact legislation to address exemptions from public-records

13  and public-meetings requirements related to education.

14         Section 2.  Except as otherwise provided in this act,

15  this act shall take effect January 7, 2003.
