DELETE INSERT LEGISLATIVE BRANCH Legislative Support Services In Section 06 On Page 323 Lump Sum Legislative Support Services Immediately following Specific Appropriation 2701, INSERT: From the funds provided in Specific Appropriation 2701, the Office of Legislative Services shall contract for a business case study of the feasibility of outsourcing the administrative, investigative, legal and prosecutorial functions and other tasks and services that are necessary to carry out the regulatory responsibilities of the Board of Dentistry; employing its own executive director and other staff; and obtaining authority over collections and expenditures of funds paid by professions regulated by the Board of Dentistry into the Medical Quality Assurance Trust Fund. This feasibility study must include a business plan and an assessment of the direct and indirect costs associated with outsourcing these functions.
