14 On page 19, between lines 5 and 6,

16 insert:
17 Section 43. Each local and regional board of education
18 shall adopt and implement policies prohibiting any school
19 personnel from recommending the use of psychotropic drugs for
20 any child. The provisions of this section shall not prohibit
21 school medical staff from recommending that a child be
22 evaluated by a medical practitioner.
