17 and insert:
18 (20) The registration requirements of this section do
19 not apply to individuals licensed under s. 626.041 or its
20 successor statute, or s. 626.051 or its successor statute, for
21 the sale of a security as defined in s. 517.021(19)(g), if the
22 individual is directly authorized by the issuer to offer or
23 sell the security on behalf of the issuer and the issuer is a
24 federally chartered savings bank subject to regulation by the
25 Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Actions under this
26 subsection shall constitute activity under the insurance
27 agent's license for purposes of ss. 626.611 and 626.621.
