17 Section 1. --Corporate Income Tax Credit for Small
18 Businesses Investing in Health Care for Their Employees--
19 Businesses with less than 50 employees shall be
20 eligible for a $1,000 tax credit for providing health
21 insurance for their employees. The insurance provided shall
22 include the coverages provided in s.627, Florida Statutes.
23 Section 2. --This act shall take effect upon becoming
24 law and shall operate retroactively to January 1, 2002.
